Pick a date and time slot while booking - we confirm quickly, and your booking status is always visible in My Bookings on this site.

Home Visits

For services marked available at home, our team arrives within the booked slot. Please keep the site/premises accessible; travel beyond our service area may carry a visit charge confirmed before we start.

Delays

If we are running late we will call you on the number in your booking. If you need to step out, use the chat on this site and we'll adjust.
